Figuratively Speaking
Recently, our assignment was to take photos that feature humans that are not the subject of a photo. It is meant to make the background or the other elements of a photo stand out more than the classic "subject." In this way it differs from the portrait in which the subject or main focus of the photo is the human or person. It made this assignment a bit difficult because it is so subjective and hard to do "correctly" but in the end I believe I got two unique photos.
